Help At Home, LLC is seeking a Branch Director to provide administrative services to people with developmental disabilities in the Jefferson City, Missouri area. Excellent starting pay, cell phone reimbursement, and benefits available.
Responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring quality services are delivered to all clients, within contract, state, federal, and company regulation, while also following Help At Home policies and procedures

  • Overseeing the recruitment, screening, selection and training for all field staff and QDDP's

  • Delegating and establishing proper accountability for staff

  • Maintaining relationships between local contracting entities and funding sources

  • Internal auditing

Job Requirements

  • Five years' experience in social service administration and management experience with multiple branch offices or,

  • Minimum Five years' experience in  in-home services to the elderly or disabled or,

  • A degree from an accredited four year institution

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

  • Ability to organize, administer and evaluate services

  • A strong working knowledge of all program rules, procedures, and company rules and procedures.
