Job Description

Help At Home, LLC in Schererville, Indiana is currently hiring a FULL-TIME STAFFING SUPERVISOR. The ideal candidate will possess effective communication skills, prior staffing experience, and a team player.  Must have good computer skills and be highly organized.


The main focus of this position is to coordinate client care with referral source, client and employee, ensuring quality service delivery. This coordination occurs through constant supervision of employee, assessments with clients, and ongoing communication with referral sources. All coordination must be conducted within contract, state and federal regulations, as well as Company Policies and Procedures.


  • Coordinates quality service delivery to new and current clients through professional interaction with referral sources
  • Supervises assigned field staff to ensure quality service delivery
  • Must know and conduct all work in order to comply with contract requirements and Company policies and procedures
  • Must maintain assigned client and employee files, and all related paperwork
  • Must monitor scheduling of and conduct client satisfaction surveys, client in-home visits, employee evaluations and employee in-service trainings
  • Must effectively communicate scheduling and changes with client, employee, referral source manager and Agency Manager, as instructed.
  • Must be available for on-call as per instructed by the Agency Manager
  • Changes in office responsibilities as assigned by the Agency Manger.

Job Requirements

 The requirements needed for this position include:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Prior Staffing Experience
  • Supervisory Experience
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Clean background check
  • Previous Experience in working with the elderly and/or disabled or must display a compassionate attitude for that constituent
  • Good references
  • Good communication and organizational skills

Work Hours:

8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, but may vary as needed
